An evening after TIP

Our Teacher Induction Program is this week and a busy week it has been.   This is my first big project in my new role as curriculum coordinator.   I am coordinating all events with the help of all the coaches and 19 selected lead teachers from each of the campuses.  We have received some of the best reviews so far and I couldn't be happier with how smoothly things are running.  Even with a great week, I am exhausted each evening.  Thankfully I have not only a wonderful lead teacher helping me, she is also a great friend.  (You know those people you don't meet until late in life and then you wonder how you ever spent your entire life without them? Yeah, that's Claudette!!)  The kids wanted to play but I just didn't have it in me, so we invited a friend over to play - Claudette's son, Hayden.  They were so excited and I was able to finish dinner and take a break for just a few moments.  When Claudette and Glenn picked up Hayden they were on their way to the coffee shop and offered to take BOTH of my littles with them!!! See what I am talking about - she is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
