After many months of no rain, leading to a severe drought across Texas, we got about an hours worth of rain one Saturday morning, which picked up again abit later in the day and the weekend had a forecast of even more. Apparently one little girl was as excited about this rain as any grown up was that weekend...
I posted this on FB, a friend suggested sharing it with a news channel, and Channel 2 news featured it on their weather segment the next morning. We missed it, but on Monday it was the talk of the office. We still giggle when we watch this...so funny - her excitement.
