Sorry to say there is not a Crockpot Tuesday today. I am out of town at a leadership conference for coaches in Austin (I LOVE THIS PLACE!). Mawmaw is at home with the hubby and kids. No worries my crockpot buddies I return to reality on Thursday and football games continue for a few more weeks, so it's back to crockpot cooking come Tuesday. See you then! And since we do these crockpot Tuesday because of football, let me tell you about the awesome play my son made (that I missed). Josh tackled the runner and prevented him from making a touchdown. Richard was afraid for a moment that the runner was so big that he just might carry Josh all the way for the touchdown. But somehow our little Josh was able to get him down for the tackle! YEA JOSH!!!!! I always miss the good plays (sometimes even when I'm there watching the game I still miss it.) I try!
