Divas at Dusk

Many of the unique stores downtown in our little town, got together this holiday season and hosted "Divas at Dusk." I had so much fun hanging out with a few friends and just "looking" at all the fun things each store has. I seriously did not buy anything - but I sure did enjoy the refreshments and wine that each store offered and it really gets you in the Christmas spirit. They had a limo bus that would take you from store to store - good thing with all the wine they were serving. Some stores had giveaways, some had freebies when you signed in, and then there was a grand prize for one diva - a gift from EVERY store.

Our group of Divas...next year we need to work on our "Divaness". There were so many in blingy outfits and boas. At the store in this picture, they had Christmas trivia - it was hard ones. No one was getting them so after about 6 questions they finally asked "who was Santa's lead reindeer." I won a cute little stack of post-it notes.

The limo bus ready to chauffeur us to our next location...an art gallery - where we each got a Christmas card with one of the artworks from the gallery. Too cute to use, so I put mine in a black frame to use as part of our Christmas decoration.

Lots of fun things to choose from - although these booties are 2 pieces of ribbon and a flower on top that they are selling for $20. Yeah I will be trying to make these.

Fancy apron there! Jennifer's face when she saw her mother was great, but not as good as the ONE husband that attended Divas at Dusk...he wasn't sure how to react when this came around the corner.

After many shops and lots of wine tasting, someone finally tried out the pole on the limo bus!
