My mommy and daddy gave me a "berry" special party for my 2nd birthday. All my friends came to help me celebrate. My mommy wasn't sure too many people would be able to come out with the forecast of 20 degree weather and SNOW, but all we got was ice and cold. For my party, the day was beautiful!
But just incase the weather was not nice, my mommay planned indoor things for us to do. We played with strawberry playdough, had a quessing jar with candies, and we played in my room that is plenty big for everyone!
We opened presents and I got lots of new shoes and baby dolls. I was so excited. My Aunt Kathy asked me a few weeks ago what kind of boots I wanted -fuzzy or cowgirl boots. I suprised them all when I said cowgirl boots. And that is what I got. AND THEY SQUEEK! I love them!! My Mimi (nonnie) made my birthday dress, of course, and it is beautiful!
Everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to me. I was so excited to blow out my candles that I did so before they finished singing and my mommy had to relight them for me. I did just as well the second time - even blew out the match!
My Mimi made me a special strawberry cake and my mommy made strawberry cupcakes with strawberry toppers. They matched my birthday invitations!
And everyone got to take home a strawberry box filled with fruit snacks, along with some of the strawberry playdough. Some of my friends stayed after the party and since the weather was so nice, we got to play on my swing set. It was a great day! Thanks everyone who helped me celebrate.Love, Jordonna
