Ready, Set, DONE...

Well, I shared our week ahead, but I failed to mention all I have already done in preparation for this upcoming week so here is a run down of the things I already did.

Friday - Worked a little later than normal while the in-laws were here with the kids. That evening we celebrated a a belated birthday for Richard and Jordonna since they didn't come last weekend with all of our illness we were sharing around the house.

Saturday - Laundry folded and almost done, only I ran out of detergent - really put a kink in my motivation! Sewed a Valentine dress for Jordonna, made our weekly menu and grocery list, loaded up the weekly buckets with the kids clothes for school, packed half of my things for the trip I have to Fort Worth, packed Tony and Jordonna's bags for their stay while I am out of town, bought groceries - strike that - conquered and survived WalMart!, Tony and I started mounting all the titles and other parts of his science fair project to his display board, made some awesome chicken tacos (or perhaps they were so good because it had been so long since we had them that they tasted much better). And best part of the day - played many rounds of Crazy 8's until Tony finally won a round. Close tie for best part of the day - no potty accidents for Mrs. J!!

Sunday - Enjoyed a great church service with the family, including Jordonna since today didn't go as well on the potty training. On a side note: She got so upset that they had to take off her special Valentine tights after an accident that she was crying, spitting, kicking, and throwing things. Also tried to crawl inside a doll house, thankfully they pulled her out right before she got stuck. Came home, finished all of Tony's trials on his science fair project, made Valentine cookie pops and got a wonderful nap in with Jordonna.

After my nap, Richard woke me up and said he was taking me out for Valentine's since he had to work late tonight. We had dinner together and then headed to the movies. I would recommended "Just Go With It" - one of Adam Sandler's better movies and the laughs are good laughs not sick or dirty laughs.

Now that all of this is done, let's get the rest of it done!
