Thank you Mom and Richard!

Remember that "funk" I said I was in back on Tuesday, well come today I was still in it. I've had a sinus headache for 3 weeks now. Antibotics aren't helping. Stress at work is not helping, either. Uncertainty about things to come is not helping. The start of baseball season that takes up at least 3 nights of our week is not helping. Being in a funk is not helping to get laundry folded (I should at least be happy it is washed), dinner cooked, dishes cleaned, anything picked up anywhere, and don't even get me started on the stress that we leave in 7 days and normally by now I am packed, house cleaned, and clothes for after the trip are ready. Since I was already at my wits end on getting anything finished around here, my mom agreed to take Jordonna home with her tonight. So not only do I not have a 2 year old underfoot, but my husband had a umpire clinic at the baseball field, so he also agreed to get Tony from school. They went straight to the fields and threw baseballs and did some batting. During the clinic, Tony will just play on the play ground. I have been home since 4:15. It's now a quarter to 7 on Friday night before we leave. My kitchen is cleaned, my living room is cleaned, my floors are sweeped. The playroom/Jordonna's room is cleaned (my mom saw that so she understands how that in itself is a huge accomplishment!), 3 baskets of laundry folded, next weeks clothes are ready for school, and 2 people are packed for Colorado. It's amazing how much you can get done when you have the house to yourself! And added bonus - I even updated the blog :)

So huge THANKS to my mom and Richard...I might be able to relax and not stress just a bit less this weekend. MIGHT key word!
